Fitness Center

The ICC Fitness Membership includes use of unlimited gym equipment during the business hours:

Monday – Thursday : 9AM to 7PM
Friday : 9AM – 6PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8AM – 11AM
The fitness membership also gives access to 20+ group exercise classes, 7 days a week. It is important to stay healthy and fit at all times in life. Currently we have hybrid model where  most morning classes are ONLINE (Zoom) and most evening classes are ONSITE (In-Person). Please see the class schedule below.

Bombay Jam®: Move & groove on Bollywood hits

Powered by the explosively fun, globally appealing Bollywood culture, Bombay Jam® is the ultimate dance fitness total body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow and packed with authentic Bollywood flavor!

The program has a serious focus on integrating fun & fitness! Bombay Jam® incorporates cardio and toning routines into one action-packed total body workout, and routines are set to custom music mixes created by Bombay’s hottest DJs. The music is a blend of Bollywood and mainstream Top 40 tracks, resulting in one-of-a-kind mixes that are refreshing, energizing and universally appealing. The cardio routines incorporate basic, easy to follow dance fitness moves full of Bollywood flair, and the toning segment focuses on sculpting long, lean muscles.


Whether you are a competitive athlete, a professional trainer or a casual exerciser, Tabata is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles. Tabata training works in 20 second intervals of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest.  The workout includes a combination of intense aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength) exercises.  This format challenges the participant to work at their max capacity in short bursts of exercise thereby helping them achieve results faster.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT training can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels and special conditions. The method involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts. HIIT-style workouts involve exercises associated with both cardiovascular activity and also resistance training.  HIIT workouts provide similar fitness benefits as continuous endurance workouts, but in shorter periods of time. This is because the workouts tend to burn more calories than traditional workouts.  In addition, the calorie burn does not end with the workout but generally continues for about a 2-hour period post workout.


Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. The benefits of Zumba are – weight loss, toning the entire body, boosting the heart health and improving coordination, all with one fun workout.


Energetic and dynamic vinyasa flows to build internal heat and improve stamina, strength, and flexibility. It helps in gaining strength, flexibility, body balance, and range of motion in poses synchronized to breath. This is open for all skill levels. Each yoga class is unique in expression and experience. We work together in yoga sessions, with both strength and weaknesses, with awareness and compassion, to be happy with yourself and your world.
