    • Room rentals start at $4,500 for a full day rental.
    • Minimum 300 guests.
  • LOTUS
    • Room rentals start at $750 for a half day rental.

Weekends: (Friday - Sunday, & Holidays)

  • MALAVALLI
    • Full service rates start at $24 per person plus 19% service charge and tax.
    • Room rentals start at $5,000 (Friday & Sunday) $6,000 (Saturday)
    • Minimum 300 guests.
  • LOTUS
    • Room rentals start at $750 for a half day rental.

Auditorium and Banquet Facility
The Malavalli Auditorium’s 7200 sq. ft. size accomodates up to 750 people with theater style seating, or 500 people for dinner and dancing. The auditorium features a 1220 sq. ft. built-in stage with a changing room.

The Malavalli Auditorium is fully equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, sound, drop down projection screens and much more. The Auditorium is perfect for meetings, conferences and concerts and is fully equipped with tele and video conferencing.

Conference Center
The
Malavalli Conference Center is a perfect venue for leisure and corporate meetings. At about 6,000 square feet (with a 1,200 square foot stage) it's capable of hosting your company wide functions.
