Youthsava is India Community Center’s signature youth dance competition, partly based on the Sanskrit word “utsava” meaning celebration. Since this event is all about celebrating the youth, we felt it is appropriate to name it “YOUTHSAVA”.
This mission centric celebration in dance and music provides youth participants the opportunity to engage with Indian culture, showcase dancing skills, and define being an Indian American for them and their generation.
Approximately 1000 youth perform annually in nearly 100 dance routines and present them to an audience of more than 3000 people throughout the 12-hour competition.

REGISTRATION FEES:

TEAMS – $140 per team (PER CATEGORY) (Team, including one Director, one Assistant)

SPECTATORS – $25 per Adult and $10 per Child

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY:

Each Category within each Age Group will have the First and Second place awards for the top two scoring teams.

Only vaccinated persons can enter the ICC Premises

Proof of Vaccination and Temperature will be checked at the entrance

Masks are mandatory to be worn at all times

ICC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to the COVID protocol

Food and beverages can be bought on-premises, but will not be allowed inside the Malavalli Hall. For your safety and the safety of all persons on ICC premises, please eat or drink at the designated area or outside the building.
