Yoga is not a style, it is a recognition of life as ever changing, flowing from one moment to the next. It's a way of life.
YogaFlow is the dynamic "vinyasa" flow technique . It is a unique blend of yoga styles focusing on subtle energy awakening and providing a grounding core session which will give you a full body work out. The YogaFlow technique is using the breath in co-ordination with the movements of the body and you will experience a flowing practice, using the transitions between postures to realign the body and to maintain your focus.
YogaFlow believes in the ancient teachings of the Bhagavad Gita: "in yoga, no effort is wasted". It is this effort which will carry you on your journey - you will see amazing, tangible results in many ways, but most of all you will get to know your own body and your own mind, whilst gracefully flowing through the poses.
