FITNESS TRAINING FOR ADULTS (18+ YEARS)

Small Group Training

The training program will be lead by certified personal trainers design to accelerate your fitness and help you reach your individual goals in a semi-private ,motoring setting . Each individual will receive a complimentary body composition testing and weekly fitness performance assessment to drive motivation and achieve measurable results. Accountability, Education, peer motivation…  Their will be two different Group glasses cross training and outdoor fit camp (Depending on the weather conditions)

Goals: -build lean muscles  -boost metabolism , fat loss -increase strength. There are 2 style classes to be able to sign up Co-ed / all woman class

Cross Training

Combines circuit , interval training running , sprints , endurance, weights with games and functional training methods to keep you fit , healthy and active for as possible. Suitable for all ages where some activities are not possible by attendees we will provide alternates workouts.

Outdoor Fit-camp

Will help runners hikers and all out door activities

Goals : Functional strength training , fat loss, metabolic conditioning, improve agility coordination and stamina
Classes will be held 2x a week per instructor and group
Monday 6pm and Friday 6:30pm coach Marco
Thursday 8pm and Sunday 7am (outdoor wod ) coach Marco
Tuesday 7pm and Friday 7pm coach Shelly
Class fees : Members $250
Non-Members $275

**Non-members enrolled in this program will have their membership fees free for the duration of their program.**

NO FURTHER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CLASSES WITH SHELLY.
