Eligibility: All participants must be USATT or ITTF current members. If not, must buy USATT membership with the entry form. Players entering Over 40 & over 50 age event must be over that age by December 31. Juniors must be under the age of their event on December 31, 2012.For U 3200 doubles event all the participants must be rated under 2000. For U 4200 Doubles event all the participants must be rated under 2500. No unrated player is allowed to play doubles.

Format of Play: All singles will start with a round robin followed by a single elimination playoff. Doubles are single elimination.

Equipment: Tables-Joola, Stiga & Butterfly, Balls-Nittaku 3 star premium (orange), Floor-Stag red color.

Entry fees: $25 per each singles event.

RULES:

All USATT/ITTF regulations, including equipment, conduct, dress and language apply. Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before their starting event time.
All matches are best of 5 games to 11 except Open singles quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals that is best of 7 games to 11.
For rating events-estimated ratings for new players will be accepted from USATT certified coaches.
Players must arrive at least 30mins before their start time.
Ratings in the Sept/Oct 2012 USATT Magazine will be used to establish eligibility. The most recent rating will be used for seeding.
Un-rated player may or may not advance from the prelimniary RR at the discretion of the tournament director.
Prize will be forfeited if the match is not played unless approved by the tournament director.
There will be No gluing at the venue.
All decisions of the tournament referee will be final.
Events may be canceled or combined if needed. Fees will be refunded if cancelled.
