ICC Fitness and Health offers a variety of classes, equipment, services, and training suited to every individual. Take a tour of our 13,000 sq foot facility and learn more – stop by!
We offer over 40 group exercise classes a week including traditional Kick boxing,Bollywood Bombay Jam, Tabata, Zumba, UJAM,Group Cycling and Yoga just to name a few. We strive to accommodate all fitness levels in every class; you are always encouraged to work at your own pace. Please be on time to class, to allow your body to warm up. Before starting any new exercise program please consult your physician.
Cardio and Fitness Machines
We have a variety of state of the art cardiovascular machines including treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, stepmills, rowing machines, and upright and recumbent stationary bicycles.
Our Personal Training Program is individualized and specifically tailored to your needs. Our certified personal trainers guide you through a customized program, which gets you the results you need in the fastest and most effective way possible. You are instructed in all components necessary to alter body composition, the use of proper bio-mechanics, anatomy, physiology, proper nutrition, and more. Yoga will improve a person’s shape by stabilizing metabolism, improving posture and circulation and toning muscles in the back, stomach and legs. The relaxation and meditative aspects of yoga can support all your behavioral goals and may also stimulate insight into the unconscious motivators of your eating behaviors. Try a class and experience the stress-relieving benefits of this age-old practice.
