Purpose: To get all the ICC seniors from three centers (Cupertino, Fremont, Milpitas) to come together and say goodbye to 2009 and welcome a prosperous 2010.

A warm and receptive crowd of nearly 200 from all three ICC senior locations came together in Malavalli Hall as a year full of celebration, generosity and hard work drew to a close. The seniors at the India Community Center, in their true spirit, couldn't help but send the year off with a bang! Skits, parodies, dancing, singing, qawwali, poetry, and heartfelt appreciations were all in order and who could do these better than the vibrant ICC seniors?

Diverse performances from individuals and groups were well received by a supportive and enthusiastic audience. Many individuals had words of wisdom and appreciation to share with the audience in this season of giving and several hard-working friends of the senior program were recognized with thoughtful hand-made gifts. All in attendance could see the strength and potential of the program in its tireless volunteers and supporters, and if this year's success is any indicator we have much to look forward to in the New Year.
