Out Side Catering
(Minimum 350 People)

One Hour reception butler and from decorated buffet, Beverage Station setups During Reception and Hors D’oeuveres. Banquet Bar Set ups with No bartender charge and Includes Linen white or Beige, Large Dance Floor, Hurricane lamp, Candle and Mirror under liner. Complimentary parking.

Food Selections your choice through our preferred vendors with your choice of Menu and you pay them directly.
Reception
You have your choice to bring all reception food from out side one of our preferred vendors. We will setups all your choice food in our beautiful chaffing dish or served butler style.
We will be setting up your beverage requirement as per your order and manned the stations.
All alcoholic beverages will be served from banquet bar. The ICC must provide all beverage service. Please see attached Price list. No out side beverage are permitted. All non alcoholic fountain Beverage included for first two hours.
Bartender fee will be waived per package
6 Hours for use of Facility
Kitchen usage for Catered may be an additional charge of $500.00

Menu to be advice to us no latter then three weeks before your events

Coffee Tea and Decaf provided by ICC with this package

We will provide all room set ups that includes:

PRICE $26.00 PER PERSON FOR DINNER $22.00 PER PERSON FOR LUNCH

Minimum Revenue $10,000.00 for Ballroom on Saturday and $8,000.00 on Friday and Sunday. Ballroom revenue does not include service charge and local Sales Tax. 
All prices are subject to 19% Service Charge/Gratuity and current sales tax.  For Sunday booking events there is a 10% discount from above price. No discount Sunday on long Holiday Weekend.
