Frequently Asked Questions for Cultural Camps at Milpitas, Palo Alto & Sunnyvale
1. What are the camp timings?
All our camps at ICC Milpitas, Palo Alto & Sunnyvale location is
9am – 3pm.
2. How early can we drop off our Kids?
Kids can be dropped off as early as 8:30am at the Milpitas and Palo Alto location. In the Sunnyvale location you can drop off at 8:45am. We do not offer morning extended care.
3. How late can I pick up my child?
Children not signed up for extended care(Milpitas & Palo Alto) need to be picked up no later than 3:15pm. After 3:15pm you will be charged $1.00 for every 15 mins.
4. Do you provide lunch?
Yes we provide vegetarian lunch for $39/week (Milpitas location only).
5. Can my child bring his/her own lunch?
Yes, Lunch Boxes should be marked with their name. Please note we do not heat lunches.
6. What if my child has food allergies?
Please indicate any allergies on the health form when you register. We will make note of the following.
7. Is there extended care?
Yes, extended care is available at the Milpitas & Palo Alto location only from 3pm-6pm for $95/week and 125/week at the Palo Alto location . Spots are limited. After 6pm pickup is charged $1/minute.
8. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Last date to cancel a reservation is June 1st. If we receive your written email before June 1st, refunds will be made less a $50 processing fee per week of camp. No transfers will be allowed after June 1st.
In order to receive a refund after June 1st (less $100 processing fee), we must receive an email 3 weeks before camp starts.No refunds will be made after that period.
9. Can we transfer from ICC cultural camps to Table Tennis camps?
No, we do not allow such transfers.
10. What if my child gets sick during the camp?
We will contact you at the primary contact numbers first. It is very important that you fill these details completely.
