Bollywood Dance or Folk Dance – Each week we learn either a dance set to a Bollywood song or a folk dance like Garba or Bhangra.
Yoga – Animal poses and storytelling yoga make it fun while teaching kids basic yoga. It’s a great start to every day of camp.
Indian History Skits – Doing skits based on Indian History is a unique way to learn about our heritage.
Indian Geography Games – Using manipulative games we get a sense of India’s geography, its landmarks, its neighbors and its cultural differences based on its varied regions.
Indian Crafts – Exploring crafts like Rangoli, Diya making and Indian drums help develop motor skills.
Indian Cooking – Learning to make Roti’s in the shape of an Indian map takes cooking to a new level.
Indian Music – Singing patriotic Indian songs is a great way to learn about Indian history.
Cricket – To stay fit we play cricket, badminton and other games popular in India.
Eco Prithvi – Exploring the world around us and trying to preserve it is an important part of our camps.
Family Dhamaka – Every Friday we share what we learned during the week in a special performance for the parents.

Learn teamwork and leadership while doing projects for the local community.
Projects may include visits to other sites including parks, senior centers, food banks etc.
Develop leadership skills, understand the importance of decision making and learn effective communication.
By motivating younger campers to work towards a common goal team members will work on their skills in the functions of planning, organizing, leading and coordinating activities
Communication skills will be practiced within teams and with larger groups

Celebrating its 24th year of service, the Gandhi Youth camp has given an opportunity to hundreds of our youth to learn Gandhian principles of truthfulness, tolerance and self-help.
Daily Activities include: community service projects, Sports, Cultural activities, Discussions, and Friendship-building group games.
This overnight camp emphasizes teamwork, leadership and unity.
CampCosts Camps vary in cost from $200 for Cultural Immersion Camps to $350 a week for some specialty camps. Sibling and ICC member discounts are available. Multi-week discount is for Cultural Immersion Camps only.
CampPolicies Once camps are full any new registrants will be placed on a wait list. Enrollment is on first come first serve basis. ICC always holds the right to cancel any camp program due to insufficient enrollment. All camp payments must be made prior to the start of the camp week. Multi week discount is available only for multiple weeks enrolled in Cultural Immersion camp. NOT VALID FOR ANY OTHER CAMPS.
CampRefund and Cancellation
In order for ICC to process a refund, we must receive an email prior to May 15th. If we receive your written email before May 15th, refunds will be made less a $50 processing fee per week of camp. Refunds will not be permitted after May 15th. No transfers will be permitted after May 15th.
Financial Assistance
ICC offers need based financial scholarships. To apply, please mark the “financial aid” box on the online registration form by May 30.
Lunch Program
For your convenience we offer healthy vegetarian meals for an extra charge of $35/week.
CampTimings All our camps are full day camps from 9:00am - 3pm. We provide extended care at ICC Milpitas after camp from 3pm - 6pm for an additional fee of $75/week.
